Bhubaneswar, Odisha — In a massive boost to eastern India's growing IT landscape, global tech services major HCLTech is set to establish a state-of-the-art Global Development Centre (GDC) in the Khordha/Bhubaneswar region. Approved by the State-Level Single Window Clearance Authority (SLSWCA) chaired by Chief Secretary Anu Garg, this project brings a direct investment of ₹730 Crores to the state.
